Despite many visits to the US Bank Burlingame, CA it seems that my problem will never be solved. I closed my account on Dec 9, 2018 and they sent me this email on Dec 13, 2018 that I will receive my check/money of my balance in 5 days, but up today Dec 29, 2018 I have not received my money/check yet. They never give me a fix answer about where my check is. I can't believe I can't get my money or cashier's check back at the bank where I opened the account. They said the check will be mailed from HQ since this is a new policy.... read more
