Worst banking experience I've ever had with US Bank. My daughter deposits her Christmas money over $530 dollars, the ATM fails and kicks out a receipt, they have no way to return our money or even verify the cash, and now we are short nearly $400.00 cause they said there was only a difference of $97.00 for the day.
