This branch is a joke of a bank. I walked in wanting to talk to a banker and BTW one customer in the whole bank at the time everyone else at their desk finally I approached someone who said Oh you have to have an appointment to talk to a banker I said since when? She said since covid. Ok, well from what I saw they were all sitting there doing nothing. I would never come to this bank again!
This branch deserves zero stars. Tellers would rather go to lunch than take care of your customers in line? Amongst other things. When I decide to walk out the teller says “oh well. “ Never again. No I do not wish to discuss further. I think the first 2 attempts is good enough to know nothing will be done. Aren’t the reviews enough? You shouldn’t have to stand in the bank for more than 5 minutes waiting on teller to finish talking to other tellers? Oh well? Unprofessional.
Worst bank every ,everytime i come here it is a big problem,not the workers it's the way it's set up
