They steal so much money from you! I get notifications whenever a transaction is made on my account telling me exactly who, and how much came out of it. I keep track of it all, and whenever the money comes out, it reflects on my balance, which is normal and shows as pending. But somehow it seems a day or so later, way more money than I even spent comes out of my account. Will steal your money. Stick with credit unions. they recently stole $45 from me for one too many transactions and they took $78 from my roommate recently. So thanks for helping my roommate and I starve.
Worst branch and staff. They aren't helpful at all , they always make your account go overdraft without informing you or taking your permission.. I truly hate you US Bank
Rudest, most unhelpful staff. A check for money owed to me was rejected well after the bank added the funds to my account. The bank doesn't inform me they just allow several hundred dollars in overdraft fees pile up. Fees I did nothing to cause. I rush to the bank to make a deposit to at least bring the account current. That was 72 hours ago and they have not released the funds. On Monday I make another deposit, one to replace the one that they reject earlier.
