My family has worked with them for years and I have rarely had poor experience. The staff here have always been conversational and helpful.
They steal so much money from you! I get notifications whenever a transaction is made on my account telling me exactly who, and how much came out of it. I keep track of it all, and whenever the money comes out, it reflects on my balance, which is normal and shows as pending. But somehow it seems a day or so later, way more money than I even spent comes out of my account. Will steal your money. Stick with credit unions. they recently stole $45 from me for one too many transactions and they took $78 from my roommate recently. So thanks for helping my roommate and I starve.
