Worst branch ever Alsip. The manager was more concerned with closing my account than helping me. I can't believe she was willing to lose a customer. She just didn't care. I finally went to another branch and the manager was able to help me.
Really slow staff after they change new employees I thought they will get it but this is 3 month but no change after new manager and new employees. Always need to wait 15 min for even small deposit. Also they count all bills by hand and machine also and found straight head at that time. They hold the customers for doing all bill in straight and wasting time for all customers. After all done they have only one word “ thanks for patience”.
Thier Cash Station on thier property in thier bank ate a good chunk of my money. Because I don't bank with them they won't help. For more details catch me outside picketing soon!
