Don't even bother! The manager here is despicable! My account was frozen solely because she disliked me. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was told she was the only person that could unfreeze the account?? That only seems very questionable alone!! Worst banking experience of my LIFE! You're better off just sticking with Chase.
My father uses us bank and because he has dementia, I look after his finances very closely. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with how well us bank has handled suspicious activity on his account and made issuing new cards very easy for him. They've gone above and beyond what any other bank has done for us in the past. This branch has been especially helpful to him. Thank you, us bank ;)
