Their customer service is terrible. They are very unhelpful. I would suggest you think twice before opening an account with them. I was charged for overdraft that I had no knowledge of. I called customer service to make an inquiry & no one was able to assist or rather answer questions. I have been banking with chase bank for almost 10yrs, and I have never experience any problem because, they are also willing to assist their customers if there’s any issue.
