Front greeter could not give me my loan payout even tho he qualified my visit and stated he could help. Had no idea what a per diem (day) payment amount was. Teller was trying to help but was responding with "I think", therefore not providing definitive answers. The staff here are not friendly nor knowledgeable on the job. Rather go out of my way to visit the Ridgedale or Plymouth offices. Never stepping foot in this branch again.
