I needed to go in for a cashiers check so I can close out my lease and move off to NYC! The bank clerk was kind and approachable and was genuinely curious about what life changes were happening! I usually feel stupid or a burden when trying to do in office stuff so it was really refreshing having a more then positive experience!
US Bank secretly cut the rewards for their Altitude Go Credit card. They dropped it from 4% Dining, 2% Grocery, Streaming and Gas, 1% everything else, $15 streaming credit to 3.03%, 1.52%, 0.76%, and $0 credit respectively. You can still get the full value if you jump through hoops, but how else will they turn their backs on customers next?
I needed a cashiers check and this branch was close to work for me. The woman that assisted me was lovely. She seemed like she’s been working at US bank for a while because she was very laid back, personable, and knowledgeable at what she was doing; whilst helping her coworker with a question. Very pleasant experience. I didn’t feel like a bother like I do at my home branch
