I used to be a US Bank customer, and have worked in banking. This branch provided horrible customer service based on race. I had my biweekly salary direct deposited into my checking account, and went into this location to get a cashiers check. They refused my transaction even though my available and current balances were well over the amount of the cashiers check. US Bank is legitimate agent of Western Union, listed on internet in Western Union website. Still, I went to one of their locations closed to my home and I was refused the service to pay bill via Western Union because I don't have any accounts with them. The African American female teller with short hair tried to force me to open an account in order to let me use Western Union service. Isn't that illegal?
