They suck. Period.
Sick to death of monthly maintenance fees that overdraft my account then cost me massive overdraft fees for overdrafts that weren't my fault to begin with. pretty sure the federal government passed laws 5 or so years ago making the above explained practice illegal, but they just laugh at me when i bring that up. don't know of a single other bank in town that has monthly maintenance fees on automated accounts or why they should be necessary when this bank uses 90% automated systems that require very little maintenance to begi... read more
