Went to the branch to cash a check as we bank at another bank that is not in the area. After a short conversation with a very nice lady named Julieanna she showed all that US bank has to offer and we started an account here. We are very glad we did. Everyone is very nice and the banking app is far superior to what we had before. Highly recommend.
Micha is the worst to deal with. He pretty much said theirs nothing he could do & the proceeds let me know we aren't allowed at any US bank & he's closing my account. Mean while the paycheck that was deposited won't clear for another 8 days. I'll only deal with the Clarksville branch as they are the nicest people. I'd give Dickson no stars if I could. They should really look in to a new manager.
All employees at this branch provide top notch customer service every time I visit. Highly recommend over the other local banks.
