We've been U.S. Bank customers for a little while now, and this is our branch. We were "walk-ins" this particular visit, did not have an appointment, so we did have to wait a little while. However, our experience with Jorge Duran was worth the wait. Jorge was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, answered any and all questions we had, and we accomplished what we wanted to do.
