I had a simple transaction to do and the staff assisting me was friendly and fast! I was able to sit uninterrupted in the front area. Was looking for water or coffee but I didn't find that.
Pleasant knowledgeable staff
I tried getting a couple of documents notarized that were related to an investment account that I have with US Bank. What should have been a simple notarization process turned into a cumbersome ordeal with many obstacles. I ended up going to a notary public in the same business complex, and they were able to notarize the documents in a few minutes.
