I don't understand the low rating for this branch. Very Professional and Polite employees. I've never had a bad experience at this branch. Keep up the excellent work.
an absolutely fabulous bank, fabulous employees they are the most knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth individuals you Will ever meet in any of today's banks.
I've dealt with several U.S. Bank branches that do their job, but operate as a traditional run of the mill bank. The Rockwood branch is at another level of customer service and friendliness. They really make you feel like you matter and that your challenges are a high priority. I can't recommend them high enough. AAA++++
Horrible all around customer service by US Bank. Paid off HELOC account back in August 2023 and was supposed to be closed at that time as well. Recieved a statement on May 17th saying we owed a $90 annual membership fee, I called them on the 20th and told them this account was supposed to be closed. He told me he would close it and to expect it to take 30 days for them to lift the lean on the property and gave me a reference number.
