Been banking here awhile. Always had pleasant interactions. All the bankers are great, just overall good service. AND THEN CAME SATURDAY June 13th..The male teller inside with the glasses, wow. super rude, embarrassed me and shrugged when I asked a question. I don't ever want to go back, but i really like everyone else. And let me get this straight, it is not the Male with the glasses working in the cubicles (he is great, very informative and pleasant) Now i need to do my business at another bank. bye bye us bank
Fast service, polite, gracious, & friendly
My biggest gripe was that the US BANK APP for my phone to keep track of my credit card balance. Today 12/9 I went in there and paid towards my credit card account. Mary took care of that,well I had to get a new PIN because after going a long time I couldn't look to see what my balance was currently for quite awhile So I was issued a new one of my own choice. If I can give zero stars I would! me and my wife walk in there and sit for 20 minutes without a word from any of the bankers including the manager. We had a pretty big check to deposit to start a business account, but we'll be definitely taking our business to another bank!
