I went to this bank that I have been banking with now for over 6 years and when I needed them to try and help me out with a situation that I am in, I basically got WE HAVE NOTHING FOR YOU!! No option for anything, I was treated awful and my money will sit in another bank asap. Life is hard enough but when you have someone who walks in your bank and has had the same job for 8 years and a title to a home needing some help,try giving them some help!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW I WAS TREATED!
Only 2 women on the staff are helpful most days. Only one of them are friendly. I wish it were different but I can't change banks. Megan and bianca are the worst ones. Avoid this bank at all costs. I pray it gets better.
