I really appreciate being able to come into a bank and be addressed by my first name and so many friendly faces. I'm really sad to see this branch close especially because I am now switching banks, before coming to us I was a customer of the other bank and was very put off by their unfriendliness. But I guess that is where I will have to go. Aurora is not too far away but I do not like to have to deal with the traffic on Highway 50. I am so sad to see this branch closing. I hate to leave US Bank, but unfortunately the drive to this location was already too far to drive for a bank. I can’t stay and drive all the way to Aurora for banking. I will miss the friendly faces as this branch and I hope to see some of them at what ever bank we move to!
