BE VERY CAREFUL USING THIS ATM!!! Suspicious activity!!! You have been warned. Update 10/23- I went in to try and retrieve my card, and was made aware that I could not get my card back and that it would be destroyed. The ATM itself doesn’t destroy it either, they actually bring your card into the bank, log the information from your card into their computer system, and then a human working there will “cut your card and dispose of it”. U.S. Bank on Tesson Ferry has been unbelievably helpful every time I have gone there. Their employees really care for you, are always ready to assist in any way possible, they are extremely knowledgeable, and constantly respectful. I can't say enough about all the positive experiences I have had with many of them. I highly recommend U.S. Bank on Tesson Ferry as a bank where you truly feel at home.
If I could give zero stars I would. Went to use the drive-through ATM and the machine ate my card. Go inside for Assistance and they are zero help. Awful experience, awful bank, awful people, never again.
