I understand protecting customers from scams and asking questions when they are making a large withdrawal. However, the way my mother was treated was completely unacceptable. She was taken into a private room and questioned about the withdrawal. She explained that the money was for her and that she was not being scammed or acting on behalf of someone on the phone. BE VERY CAREFUL USING THIS ATM!!! Suspicious activity!!! You have been warned. Update 10/23- I went in to try and retrieve my card, and was made aware that I could not get my card back and that it would be destroyed. The ATM itself doesn’t destroy it either, they actually bring your card into the bank, log the information from your card into their computer system, and then a human working there will “cut your card and dispose of it”.
