My wife and I recently had a check issue (involving two banks) that was very difficult to resolve. The Branch Manager of the Blackfoot branch, Suzette, was ultimately the person that figured out the problem and resolved the issue. She went far beyond the efforts of most people, and we sincerely appreciate her.
Had an appointment over the phone, but the banker never called. The person called me the next day instead. Turns out, I had to come inside to do what I needed to do. Nowhere online did it say I couldn’t do it over the phone. Next time, call me before my appointment and let me know. Really unprofessional.
