Look at the 2.5 stars. There is a reason for such a low review rating. All you have to do is read the other reviews. While doing business at the atm. I always hear other customers frustrated behind me who are at the teller windows. The staff always have a smirk like they just made another customer mad, like it's a joke to them. If they aren't trying to sell you on how horrible you're situation is and they constantly recommend you set up a meeting with one of them to "help" your pathetic life. Shame on y'all. Charging customers to cash checks that are FROM YOUR BANK?!?! Perfect way to show you don't care about your customers. Shame on you.
ATM is inside the branch and not accessible after 5pm. What is the point of an ATM, if you can't get access to your money after hours?!
