They took forever to process what should have been simple paperwork. Also NO PUBLIC RESTROOM so if you need one you will need to leave.
Stopped by US Bank to cash a check on my account. It was Saturday morning, and much to my surprise I found out that US Bank is no longer open for their customers on Saturdays. This was also news to my wife. Not sure when they discontinued Saturday service, but it is clear why. "BOTTOM LINE!" If zero was a choose that is what I would choose. My sister went in with my mo. And I and added my mom as a Pod when she became sick. They only did part of her accounts. My sister passed away and now we will have to go through probate because of their incompetence.
they give great service and they all personally know me and give me great advice and tips on credit and how to keep my score going up. Deb, Cisco, and Brandon are all very nice and helped me out whenever i needed it regardless of the situation.
