This back has went down hill so bad. They use to be the best. Hardly ever open, hardly any workers hard to get anything done if you work all day because they are closed all the time. Customer service went down hill bad also
I went into the bank to open a checking and a savings account. I was greeted, treated very professionally, had no wait time and feel like my experience was fantastic. I left with everything I went in for.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is by far the worst place to bank at. My husband had an account with them. They decided to shut the account down without any reason why. My husband went in to talk to them and they could give absolutely no information, that he would get a letter in the mail at some point, also he couldn’t access his money since they shut down his account he will get a paper check eventually!
