I have visited this bank; I do not recommend it; the service is terrible; my dark skin; my broken groin may have been the reason;
I’ve always had good experiences with US Bank , I’ve banked with them for several years and if there was any issues they addressed them and handled them. I was traveling and needed cash and went into a branch in Pensacola, fl and was treated very kind and friendly. Thank you US Bank
They took forever to process what should have been simple paperwork. Also NO PUBLIC RESTROOM so if you need one you will need to leave.
Stopped by US Bank to cash a check on my account. It was Saturday morning, and much to my surprise I found out that US Bank is no longer open for their customers on Saturdays. This was also news to my wife. Not sure when they discontinued Saturday service, but it is clear why. "BOTTOM LINE!"
