The management was not kein to offering education about my credit card situation, but instead reacted with a sour attitude. I was dissatisfied with my visit to say the least, and will be exploring other banking options. I would not recommend this bank to individuals with minimal experience in the banking realm.
Parking lot sucks. ATM never works. I travel 30 mins to the closest us bank atm to repeatedly have drive another 1.5 hours to a atm that actually works
I have visited this bank; I do not recommend it; the service is terrible; my dark skin; my broken groin may have been the reason;
I’ve always had good experiences with US Bank , I’ve banked with them for several years and if there was any issues they addressed them and handled them. I was traveling and needed cash and went into a branch in Pensacola, fl and was treated very kind and friendly. Thank you US Bank
