If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is by far the worst place to bank at. My husband had an account with them. They decided to shut the account down without any reason why. My husband went in to talk to them and they could give absolutely no information, that he would get a letter in the mail at some point, also he couldn’t access his money since they shut down his account he will get a paper check eventually! Most convenient branch, staff efficient and friendly.
The management was not kein to offering education about my credit card situation, but instead reacted with a sour attitude. I was dissatisfied with my visit to say the least, and will be exploring other banking options. I would not recommend this bank to individuals with minimal experience in the banking realm.
