We've banked at North Bend US Branch for nearly 13 years. Very convenient location for us. We've always been treated very well. If there's a problem with the ATM outside, the help inside is superb. Very courteous folks in our experience. Definitely deserve the 5-star for a local bank.

I have been with US Bank for close to 15 years. I have NEVER thought about changing banks. The staff is wonderful and the various services they offer are just what I need and are easy to work with online. A recent CD problem popped up but I got excellent service.
