The branch manager at this location is completely unprofessional.So when I asked to see a set of rules is writing she barley took the time to look and instead considered her time more efficient by arguing with me in front of a waiting room full of other customers. Basic banking here has never been a problem but as soon as she believe she’s being righteous she will tell you it’s against bank policy. If it was against policy corporate wouldn’t have let me file a complaint, twice.
