Today, I was at this branch of US BANK for bank statement, but one of the tellers told me she can't print my bank statement. She said because of their system down!! But she was able to print out the transaction history. However, this bank has improved their customer service for the last couple of years. So, I hope they are going to keep getting better !!
Really professional team on this branch but specially I deal with Ka’shona . She’s one of the best on this location. #TheBossLady 🫡
