I generally have positive experiences at this branch, which is why today's interaction was so disappointing. As part of my job, I occasionally call ahead to request change for business needs before coming to pick it up. Today, I called the branch three separate times from my work phone. This branch is a joke. The automated door for access to the atm doesn't work. It's been broken for months. I've called the corporate office. I've mentioned to the bank staff. Fix the door!
Worst Bank Experience Ever! Both my husband and I set up our small business accounts with US Bank and had horrible experience with this branch. Rick Balkam, I guess the only banker in this branch, made at least 4 serious mistakes with both our accounts. He messed up my client trust account's transaction which led to an inquiry letter from the court questionning my account's status. I was incorrectly being charged fees for my checking account. The manager was unable to refund me for these fees and did not follow up with me in the timeframe we agreed on.
Excellent service by the entire staff specially from Sonya. From the moment we walked in to the completion of our transaction.
