Worst Bank Experience Ever! Both my husband and I set up our small business accounts with US Bank and had horrible experience with this branch. Rick Balkam, I guess the only banker in this branch, made at least 4 serious mistakes with both our accounts. He messed up my client trust account's transaction which led to an inquiry letter from the court questionning my account's status. He did not know anything about international wire transfer (basic function of any banks?) and had to sit on a call for half an hour so someone co... read more
I was incorrectly being charged fees for my checking account. The manager was unable to refund me for these fees and did not follow up with me in the timeframe we agreed on.
