I’ve been US Bank for 12 years+. They handle our personal and business accounts. They are always very helpful, especially at the Maryville branch, they really go above and beyond. My business specialist (Aleshia) 100% goes above and beyond. Simply the best team and I truly appreciate each and every one of them.
This has to be the absolute worst bank to deal with!! You call them and they can't answer your questions and God forbid you have to deal with the back office. They do not care about their customers. Wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone
