I was at the bank to make a withdrawal. I was greeted & waited on by a friendly banking professional. US Bank has a knack for hiring good people. I've been banking here for 20 some years. There have been a lot of changes the last 20 years. Like them or not, I've rolled with them. US Bank has been right on top of these changes.
I needed to pull some money out of the bank and I forgot my card. They actually closed at 4:59. And not 5 o’clock they didn’t help me. I thought that was kind of rude that they just shush me away. I’m probably gonna take my money somewhere else now I don’t feel like this is a safe place to bank or they care about you.
The teller went above and beyond during a short system outage at the bank to make sure my transaction was still able to be completed. The transaction showed up fully on the app a little later when their systems were restored exactly as he said it would. Not everyone would have taken the extra effort to make sure their customers were taken care of during situations like that when it involved many extra steps to complete in their workday, it is noticed and appreciated.
Worst us bank location. They change policies depending on who you speak to then threaten to call your employer when you speak out against them. If I never had to walk into this bank again it wouldn't be soon enough.
