Great service.
I was at the bank to make a withdrawal. I was greeted & waited on by a friendly banking professional. US Bank has a knack for hiring good people. I've been banking here for 20 some years. There have been a lot of changes the last 20 years. Like them or not, I've rolled with them. US Bank has been right on top of these changes.
I needed to pull some money out of the bank and I forgot my card. They actually closed at 4:59. And not 5 o’clock they didn’t help me. I thought that was kind of rude that they just shush me away. I’m probably gonna take my money somewhere else now I don’t feel like this is a safe place to bank or they care about you.
