It is sad to hear that the Flossmoor US Bank branch is closing down. It is now an empty building on the inside. We used to come to this bank.
Bill Villarreal went out of his way to help us as the branch was closing to get us taken care of. He stayed late and understood how difficult it is for a working professional to get into the location during regular business hours. I appreciate his dedication and service.
William Villarreal is a racist branch manager against African American males. This by far is the worst branch I have encountered in all of my experiences with banking. Prior to this terrible experience at US bank I thought highly of Us bank with respect and good customer services. But what I found out that this bank is racist and discriminates against young African males who have an active bank account with them.
