I have been with US BANK for 19 years and overall I have been very pleased with the service everywhere I have been. All of the tellers and bankers at the Mountain Home branch have been good to me since I have moved to Baxter county. Today my experience was 10 out of 10. I spoke with the bank manager about some financial planning and he gave solid information to me and I believe we are going to follow his advice.
I went to U.S. Bank for help with my account today and they were great. Anistin was very friendly and efficient. He helped me fix my account and get everything set up properly. The bank was quick to answer my questions and I have had nothing but great experiences with them.
Our experience was horrible. My wife went inside to cash a paycheck. She has a us bank focus card. They couldn't cash her check...but Mr. Aniston told her she could open a checking account and get her money after a 3 day hold. They have kept her money now in the second week.The way they are handling it now is to ignore us and not return our calls.we don't appreciate being lied to . As soon as my check clears....I will close this account. Beware of this bank they are very misleading.
