Treated horribly by their "customer relationship rep".
First I want to share how friendly everyone was at the Mountain Home AR Branch. I was very pleased at how professional my account rep was. I walked in the door and was brought into the office before I could find a place to sit. She addressed my inquiry, opened an account, gave me information on home buying and referred me to that department, she also assisted me in applying for a credit card with a lower interest rate than what I was paying.
