US Bank in Mountain Home Arkansas is the worst bank I have ever been in they have no customer service. Christine Morris is absolutely terrible you lost my business because of her. Come on US Bank do better.
Very helpful in changing my card.
Great staff, always willing to help and go the extra mile
I have been with US BANK for 19 years and overall I have been very pleased with the service everywhere I have been. All of the tellers and bankers at the Mountain Home branch have been good to me since I have moved to Baxter county. Today my experience was 10 out of 10. I spoke with the bank manager about some financial planning and he gave solid information to me and I believe we are going to follow his advice.
