This is my first time with US bank (I switched over to my boyfriend's account). Terry was wonderful! She was thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Everyone there was very nice! I'm looking forward to working with them. Not to mention, they have a lot more locations than my last bank which is very convenient for me.
