I’ve been a US BANK customer since 1978. And this is the worst slowest customer service of any branch I have ever been to. I avoid it as much as possible, but sometimes I’m just in the area and it’s convenient and it just takes forever just to make a deposit. I have a personal account and a business account and my main branch is Oregon city so most of the time I end up just walking out and driving Clear back out to Oregon city.
