Horrible customer service. I called like 20x. There atm machines glitch out 1/20 times and take your money. Us bank is going down hill sad to say
I wish I could give zero stars. This bank has been impossible to work with. I'm helping my father with his estate (I live out of state and have to fly in for this) and attempting to ensure that there are simple beneficiaries added to his accounts and it has been an absolute nightmare. Additionally, it should be a crime for a bank to push CDs on an octogenarian at sub 3% interest rates when a high yield savings account would be a better product... but here we are. 1. I’ve been a US BANK customer since 1978. And this is the worst slowest customer service of any branch I have ever been to. I avoid it as much as possible, but sometimes I’m just in the area and it’s convenient and it just takes forever just to make a deposit. I have a personal account and a business account and my main branch is Oregon city so most of the time I end up just walking out and driving Clear back out to Oregon city.
