Worst customer service ever! Came in a few months ago to have the name switched for my dying mother accrount. They insisted to see her.(They would not send over a representative or do an online signature) She was unwell but we manged to get her into the car and over to the bank. Once at the bank our wheelchair ramp on the van started to act up and couldn't get the ramp down. Went inside and told the employees the situation.
