Tray to open checking account and looks impossible for that bank!!!!simple account tray over 2 hours and can't do it !!!ididnt recommended that bank for any business
Carol Anaya was incredibly helpful with my wire transfers. She made the process quick, easy, and efficient. Carol has a cool McLovin vibe while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Esmeralda was also patient and kind when assisting me. Every staff member at this branch is polite and respectful, so I highly recommend you visit them for any of your banking or customer needs.

I have been to the drive through ATM 5 TIMES NOW and 4 of those times on weekends it was out of money? Couldn't even get 20.00 The Whittier Branch seems way better.
Went in to open an account for my 13 year old daughter. Waited for over 15 min 30 min prior to closing finally when I get to a window they said I needed an appointment due to that transaction taking too long. I told them I’ve been waiting and Downey branch told me it takes 10 min. There was still 20 min to closing. The teller asked another person Lesly and she wasn’t interested but said ok.
