Still the worst branch & management despite the remodeling. Couldn’t deposit coins bc the coin machine wouldn’t acknowledge my debit card , yet it functions in everything else. US bank should reevaluate using the poorly programmed coin machine. Won’t return to this branch. The Oregon City branch had no problems depositing coins quick and efficient via teller.
It’s taken them 2 wks to do nothing for access on my account, and now I’m told 1-3 more business days. NOT HAPPY. Have lost hrs at work, and patience.
