Banked here for years. Inconsistent service one teller does something another says it didn't happen, on waives a fee another says it would never happen, get charged maintenance fees then when I call and explain that I've deposited more than enough to not have fees they apologize and reverse it, when I deposit money in the ATM it not only doesn't count it properly but doesn't return the remaining uncounted money, when I try to tell them about it they say they have no proof of how much I put in, even though I'm on camera depos... read more
My 1s. time to enter t his branch, I'm in the process of moving into this area. The lady, I learn is Mallory Newport. She invited me to her desk, and ask how she could be of help, I explained the 2 processes I needed and with an immediate flow Mallory completed my 2 request with ease. Bad experience timing again. I called and complain nothing‘s happening. I think the staff just don’t care.
