Poor business practice when it comes to this bank protecting its customers from fraud. After you get a new account they won't allow you to make a purchase because they hold your money. Then when you ask for help they pawn you off to the 800 number! Where they as little as possible to help and are rude and inconsiderate to the customer! Been here over 20 years! They don't give a rip about the customer! And I still don't have access to my money!
