I am very dissatisfied with the fact that I ended up in this bank branch, because my wife and I just came to change the address of our business. The manager, Jisha, looked at our credit score, saw that everything was fine with our income, and recommended that we open credit cards with U.S. Bank. The manager has worked very hard to connect with every customer and treat them with respect, knowledge and professionalism. I love the people here and they know my name. They are always friendly and go out of their way to solve any banking problems that I have. I always look forward to visiting the bank.
I recently opened a small business account. At my age online banking can be intimidating. The time the staff took to teach and guide me through the experiencing was amazing! Everyone who walked through the door had a name and a purpose equal to all the clients in the bank.
