Great customer service
Teller was quite rude. I go to many us banks never had any issues before.
US Bank always goes above and beyond in their customer service and their services and technologies they offer.
I am shocked by the negative reviews for the Elk River branch of US Bank. I have been a customer at this branch for the past 17 years, and have always had a good experience. I have had numerous dealings over the years: notary, cashing checks, withdrawals from my account, loans, credit cards, money orders, cashiers checks and have ALWAYS been treated in a very polite and respectful manner.
