Very professional yet polite and friendly people
Walked in with an attitude, like the bank screwing up.. By the time I walked out, I felt like the bank got my back. Happy,, and the teller, handled me like she sees this everyday. Thank You US bank.
The Teller with long blonde hair lacks confidentiality and needs to learn how to talk quietly about people's personal accounts. I felt like everyone in the branch new my financial business.
