I’m so glad this bank is closing its the worst service ever. I hope Nyssa gets a good bank soon.
I've been trying to track down my deceased mother's trust and I know it's at us bank in Nyssa but the manager I think named Kathy took instant dislike to me and refuses to answer my questios she threatened to call police and told me I was never going to get any answers and threatened to " do whatever it takes " to me ake sure my mother's trust would "disappear"..I can't believe that's bank would condone her behavior but apparently they do
The manager Michelle was definitely not helpful as a business I feel I have the right to have my questions answered when an employee's paycheck is held for 10 days after it cleared my bank instead she kept saying thank you and trying to interrupt every time I asked a question and continued to do so until the call was ended
Well I was there on Wednesday morning to cash my check and person who ever it was she had me there waiting like 10 minutes because there was someone in from and out of no where she comes back yelling say that I need to go inside
