Next time you swing by US Bank at Meijer's in Mokena, IL make sure to stop by and say hi to the overly friendly branch manager, Frankie Guerrera, especially if you're looking for a date (a sleazy Jersey-Shore-type of date but a date nontheless!) DTF anyone? He and the ADP representative who were having a "meeting" sure were! Frankie Guerrera was too busy trying to score to actually *do* his job and assist the only customer in the branch. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with this Branch. The guy that waited on me Sam after I gave him my $8.00 US Bank check to cash and my ID asked me for my Social Security number and was I a member of the Bank and then tried to argue with me about him knowing what he was doing when he seemed to not know I gave him a U S Bank check he said he thought I was a non-account holder. I will never go back there again.
Great place to do your banking. Very helpful staff, super fast and efficient but never in to much of a rush to talk to you
