Trying to get someone off an account. From the branch we were told as they had the ability to change anything on the account they just had to call. Person called and told they had to go on, an appointment was made from the 800 number (not branch). Once there at branch were told that we needed everyone there and extra documents. Called the 800 number as branch was useless at this point and told different information again! So a total of 4 different things at different times. Mean time my time and money are wasted.
Lazy guy up front is worthless!
I disagree with the favorable review about Anais Smiles. She was very friendly when I created my account. When I had a car emergency out-of-town she was snippy and self-righteous!
