The new automated phone system is horrible. The only reason I was still banking here was because I could talk to a real person when something was wrong with my account. Now that I can’t do that, I’m going to start transitioning to a new bank Update: I figured out that if you say “contact banker” to the automated thing it will put you through to a person. It is frustrating that it never gives you any prompt to get through to a banker, but the bankers are super helpful once you do get a hold of them.

Can't give five stars because I was not there for assistance, or a bank account. They're quite helpful, even though I was there to be helpful. It's a nice Branch, they were extremely knowledgeable, the manager was very helpful, Diane was very helpful as well, and a genuinely helpful person. If I lived in the area I would open an account. Nice people, thank you very much.
