Very professional and helpful
Great service. Quit complaining about the hours. Just glad to have them there. Such a shame you have to stand at the drive-through. At least the branch is still here.
I have been with this bank for 17 years and have always found them to be extremely helpful and professional!
Looking for a US Bank with a coin machine, I called the Port Townsend branch and got the reason it’s impossible to find. Austin told me, “It’s not worth our time.” Really??? One of the banks reasons for existing is to recycle money back into the Federal Reserve system. And customer service is “not worth our time”???
