US Bank's internal recordkeeping is a disaster. We've been trying for months to get them to issue a 1099-INT for an account that we had.
The gal that helped me out (didn’t catch her name, she told me had just recently got back from a trip to Paris) was so sweet and very helpful, explained everything very well. Made my day so much better to be treated so nicely! :)
