Horrible customer service! They tell you one thing and do another. Have had so much fraud on my account and all they do is just say they will send you a new card but they never order the new card. Also if there is fraud on the account (someone doing a transfer from the account) you would think they would close the account that has fraud on it and open a new account but no that is to much work for them to do. They also can't seem to help to much I'm always told to call the 800 number for customer service. They are just very r... read more
Great service!!!
Tried to open account for my son at 434pm they close at 5 and was denied! Terrible customer service because of a clock. Business account and personal account will be transfered immediately to a bank that treats customers with respect and not just a number but by name personally. US BANK OCON you are just a number. When a possible new customer will be added the 5 or 10min after the closing time would have been all it took. Think before you go here again.
I work at a nearby business and my store needed a change for a large bill. I stopped into the branch to exchange my large bill and the lady helped me no problem. I go back a few days later with the same thing and a lady tells me there’s no way she can help me exchange a big bill for smaller bill. Didn’t feel like arguing, but the lady a few days prior helped me without any issues so i don’t see what the problem is. It’s a bank after all.
I am very unhappy with the Teller at this US Bank!
