Great service..
Great service, friendly employees, and can I tell you what’s special about it? They’ve been accepting and appreciating the green ink pen (ballpoint pen, manufactured by BIC) I use on the deposit slips for my paychecks!!! So the bank deserves 6 stars!!!
I had to give one star due to not being able to give none. Worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. CSR were not knowledgeable and just gave us the run around. Go to any bank other than US Bank. That is if you want to avoid bad service
