If it ain't one location close on a Thursday morning they're putting signs up and they have the drive-thru closed off after 9:00 downtown place sucks get a clue
I love coming in to deposit bi weekly paycheck that I have never had any problems before depositing . only for the teller to decide this time to freeze my check and tell me its not avalible till tommarrow and there is nothing she can do. when I call her out saying its a us bank check and I have never had problems before, and the whole reason I bothered opening account is so I could have access to my paychecks she magicly was able to give me my money.
No idea how its possible for them to get one star reviews. These people have the best costumer service. Love them all. Thank you guys!
Gave this branch 5 stars just two years ago. My how this branch has fallen. Just received service so poor (from both teller and manager) that I decided to close all of my accounts on the spot and find a different bank. The teller is a problem child, this isn’t the first time I’ve received bad service from her, but this was the first time I’d been treated the same way by the manager. Stated simply, I would no longer recommend US Bank, but if you have to bank with them, avoid this branch like the plague it is.
