What I like about this bank is that when I have a question, it's not answered with another question like so many big banks that employ cheap, inexperienced people. You speak with a person located at the branch. A person that knows something about banking. Each and every time I asked specific questions (this was prior to setting up my accounts and moving my mortgage to US Bank), they were answered.
