Terrible bank. I have been with this bank for years. I went to the bank location in braidwood to use the banks atm ( to avoid the high cost of using a convenient atm). Long story short while using atm ahe machine ate my card and never gave me the money. Went inside to speak with banker. They said there was supposed to be a cone out and the atm was broke . The atm charged us for many withdrawals all in which I never received the funds. The teller called the manager who said give her the amount she needs and refund the account... read more
