This bank is the worst . Under staffed , the bank itself is shady with fees and such . Both tellers are signing up new checking accounts and I’ve waited 10 minutes at this moment to see a teller . No banker for new accounts ??? I can’t wait to cancel this account .
The bank has remodeled and the interior looks amazing. The tellers have always been helpful, friendly and efficient. I enjoy our small-town atmosphere, and they seem too as well.

Kali was great set up my new personal and business account she was fast efficient and customer focused
Been banking with US Bank for 20 years and went to deposit my regular paycheck which I do every two weeks and was told they had to hold it for 7 days because they didn't like the looks of it. When asked why their response was they didn't know they just didn't like the looks of it. I then took it to Idaho Central which is where its drawn from and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the check and there no reason they should have had to hold it.
