Their hours changed so they open later and close earlier makes it almost impossible to get to the bank. And the new manager Julie Lemke is very rude. She makes it impossible to want to stay with U.S. Bank. I was planning on refinancing with US Bank because they were so convenient, but with the new manager I will be closing out all my accounts with them and refinancing somewhere else.
I've never had a bad experience at U.S. Bank, North Branch!
4 stars, only because it seems that there is only 1 teller, a lot of the time, when I want to make a deposit. I just use my other bank then, which, more conveniently has a drive thru. US Bank is very convenient for when I am going to County Market..... it's right there. They are both convenient in their own ways.
