Some of the worst customer service ever.
Been with US Bank for over 25 years. Opened my first account in downtown Minneapolis at the US Bank building. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with every branch. The Dickindon branch especially is wonderful. Always a friendly person to help you out as soon as you walk in the door!
