The clerks are nice and helpful. The system never lets me deposit checks with iPhone camera. IT ASKS ME TO IDENTIFY MYSELF. ITELLS ME THE BANK IS HAVING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES. I ASKS ME FOR MY EMAIL AND NOTHING I DO SOLVES THIS VERY ANNOYING MOMENTS.
Wont let me reply to your comment so i am adding to this.....my sister has contacted both USAA and US bank to no evail. Both keep saying the same thing and that there's nothing they can do. USAA said they can't do a missing deposit dispute bc the deposit itself doesn't show up anywhere. She has the receipt the ATM has cameras I don't understand how you all can get away with this.
