Lovely and helpful staff
If I could give 0 stars I would. Us bank are scam artists. I had an account with them 7 years ago. At some point someone had accessed my account and deposited money into it and then withdrew. I contacted us bank and told them about my situation. There were hundreds of dollars in fees associated with the fraudulent activity and so I contacted the fraud department but was denied. It was obvious someone had obtained access to my account without my knowledge and US bank refused to help with fraud and wanted me to pay the fees as... read more
Good staff
The clerks are nice and helpful. The system never lets me deposit checks with iPhone camera. IT ASKS ME TO IDENTIFY MYSELF. ITELLS ME THE BANK IS HAVING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES. I ASKS ME FOR MY EMAIL AND NOTHING I DO SOLVES THIS VERY ANNOYING MOMENTS.
